The KKR ENT HOSPITAL & RESEARCH
INSTITUTE has been a pioneer in practicing advanced
modern ear surgery. To add a feather to its cap the Institute
started its Cochlear Implantation programme in the year 2001.

KKR ENT Hospital & Research Institute performs an implantation – Advanced Bionics Neptune Processor which is the latest in the range Of Cochlear Implant available in the market. |
The KKR ENT Hospital Cochlear Implantantation Programme is one of the first of their programmes in South India. Over 200 implantations have been performed till date, using the implants of the Cochlear Implant Corporation Australia, and Advanced Bionics, America, which are preferred because of the quality and superior results obtained. The programme support and is important for operations in over 15 countries all over the world and is recognized as a leading referral for only for the kind of ear surgery in general including Hearing Aids, Cochlear Implants and other important hearing devices.
This programme is headed by Prof. Ravi Ramalingam and is assisted by a team of specialists dedicated for the betterment of the lives of those unfortunate children.
It is also important that KKR Cochlear Implant programme is well know in this part of the world.
